The wind drew off

The wind drew off
Like hungry dogs
Defeated of a bone
Through fissures in
Volcanic cloud
The yellow lightning shone
The trees held up
Their mangled limbs
Like animals in pain
When Nature falls upon herself
Beware an Austrian.
